Who we are

Starzlog runs starzlog.com. If you have a question about your information, email daniel@starzlog.com.

What we collect

• The audit form. Your name, spa name, city and state, website or Instagram, email, phone (if you give it) and the best time to reach you.
• Emails and calls. Whatever you choose to tell us when you contact us or book a call.
• Site analytics. We use Plausible to count visits and a few actions, such as form submissions and calculator use. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal information.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.

The missed-revenue calculator runs in your browser. What you enter isn't saved or sent anywhere.

Please don't send patient information

This website isn't the place for patient details. Please don't include any patient information in forms or emails to us. Patient data we handle for a client spa is covered by our written agreement with that spa, not by this policy.

How we use it

• To run your missed-call audit and send you the results.
• To reply to you and follow up about our services.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run Starzlog, and only what they need:

• Website hosting (Vercel)
• Email delivery (Resend)
• Our own sales and scheduling tools, such as our CRM and Calendly if you book a call
• Analytics (Plausible)

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests and emails for as long as we're talking with you, and for a reasonable time after in case you come back. Ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email daniel@starzlog.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
